May 05, 2026"In the Niche part of the Fyshwick Markets is Em Mai Vietnamese Kitchen. My friend and I ordered the beef pho and when we were served the bowls, I could tell the broth was going to be good looking at the colour of it. It had flavour and the portion was good because you didn’t feel too full nor would there be much left over reducing waste. The spring rolls tasted good too but wish they were short and fat rather than long and skinny so you can get more filling in one mouthful. Nonetheless they had good flavour. Not really Vietnamese but there were mozzarella sticks and a southern fried chicken burger option which would cater for kids who may not yet developed flavour for other cuisines."
